Dan Grade syllabus is not specific, it can consist of any of the basics learnt up to this level, the emphasis is on
Technical Detail, Speed, Focus, Kime and general overall performance.
There is a set procedure for the Kumite which is detailed below, also there is a choice of Main kata plus you will be required to perform any Heian Kata as requested. Details below.
